Event Details: Events by Sydney provides events for vendors. We are located in the center of the mall, and mall traffic flows around us.

Days of Operation: Saturday & Sunday

Hours of Operation: Saturday 11:00AM - 8:00PM

Sunday 12:00PM - 6:00PM

Booth Size: Eight feet of frontage (eight feet width), 6 feet depth (including depth of table), 8 feet height maximum from the floor. These dimensions must be adhered to. You must bring your tables and chairs (two chairs are allowed per eight-foot space). Black tablecloths are mandatory. Branded tablecloths must be pre-approved. Nothing may be placed in the walkway.

Application Evaluation Criteria: Events by Sydney's staff will evaluate applications received. Applications are accepted or denied based on the following criteria: 1. Business Vendor’s products or services are suitably aligned to the event purpose, meet the expectations of event patrons, and meet mall vendor criteria. 2. Product or service popularity, uniqueness, and the level of competition within a singular product category. There is no exclusivity of vendors. The number of vendors allowed in one category is taken into consideration by Events by Sydney. 3. History of compliance with event rules, left early at previous event, did not actively operate their business (stayed at booth, engaged with customers), and federal, state, county, city, and Utah Health Department licensing and regulations. 4. History of Business Vendor conduct toward event patrons, fellow vendors, and event staff. 5. No unresolved debt to Events by Sydney, including but not limited to, outstanding balances due from prior events.
