Trunk or Treat Interest Form 🎃👻
MAD Elite Dance Company is planning a Community Fall Fest + Trunk-or-Treat on Sunday, October 18 from 11:00–5:00 PM with a haunted house from 5:30-7:00 at 5773 Arrowhead Dr.! We’re currently gauging interest from local businesses, organizations, families, and community members who would like to participate. Anticipated participation options: *Trunk-or-Treat Spot — $15. Decorate your trunk and provide candy for trick-or-treaters. *Indoor Vendor Spot — $35 Approximately 10’ × 10’ space inside a partnering business. Tables, chairs, displays, etc. are not provided and must be supplied by the vendor. *Event Sponsor — Sponsor an activity, or multiple! Sponsorship includes advertising and a trunk spot! No payment is being collected at this time. This is an interest form only and does not guarantee or reserve a spot. We are currently determining how many trunk & vendor spaces we can accommodate. Once the final event layout is approved, we’ll contact interested participants with registration and payment information.
