FOOTWEAR RECOMMENDATIONS
To ensure safety and to compliance we ask all dancers to follow these footwear guidelines.
1. Recommended: Flat flexible shoes such as dance sneakers, sneakers, flats or dance boots. If wearing boots, they must have a soft sole to protect the dance floor and allow safe movement.
2. Not Recommended: Sandals, heels thongs or hard soled boots or shoes.
BASIC DANCE FLOOR ETIQUETTE
1. Enter and exit the dance floor quickly and safely from the sides of the floor.
2. Do not walk through dances while a dance is in progress.
3. Please be mindful of dancers around you. Leave enough space to be able to move freely.
4. No eating or drinking on the dance floor.
5. Respect other dancers.
SOCIAL MEDIA, PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO AND MEDIA USE
To protect the privacy of dancers and the integrity of Bay Bootscooters:
1. Bay Bootscooters may take photographs or videos during classes, workshops and events for promotional purposes.
2. If you do not wish to appear in media, you agree to step out of the filming or photography area.
3. You may take personal photographs or videos but must ensure that the other dancers are not included without their consent.
4. Posting of photographs or videos of other dancers without their permission is strictly prohibited.
5. Any content recorded during Bay Bootscooters activities mush reflect our club positively and respectfully.
