Is a Certificate of Insurance (COI) required for the venue?
Note: COIs require at least 3 business days to process.
Please acknowledge your awareness of possible additional charges for travel, parking fees (parking must be within a 1-block walking distance), credit card transactions, holidays, shelter, rush orders, delivery, setup & rigging, accommodations, break down / clean up, and specialty materials or equipment.
Important Show and Event Requirements:
- The show requires music, electrical outlet access, and an approximate 10'x10' performance area.
- Performers should be placed away from loud music sources such as a DJ or live band.
- 7 days written notice is required for cancellation, rescheduling, or venue changes. If changed within 7 days, 100% of the agreed amount is due. Cancellations before 7 days incur a $100.00 fee or 10% (whichever is greater); the remaining deposit is refunded.
- Outdoor performances are allowed unless there is inclement weather. The client must provide an alternative location if weather changes. No refunds for weather-related issues.
- If delays occur because contract conditions are not met (e.g., venue delays, location issues, electricity), the client is responsible for lost time and overtime charges may apply.
- If the venue delays the start time and the performer must extend to finish the reserved time, additional compensation is required.
- Performers may arrive a few minutes late due to unforeseen delays such as traffic but will still provide the full reserved time.
- Clients should be courteous because entertainers may have other events immediately following.
