⚠️ TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Each registration is strictly valid for one (1) attendee only.
• All information provided in the registration form must be complete and accurate.
• Walk-in registrations will not be accommodated due to the limited number of available slots.
• Once registration is confirmed, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted, regardless of the reason for non-attendance.
• Both full payment and partial payment (down payment) must be settled within 24 hours upon receiving the email confirmation and payment instructions.
• Attendees who choose partial payment must settle the remaining balance on or before November 16 (11:59PM).
• Failure to settle the remaining balance within the given deadline will result in automatic forfeiture of the registration slot, and the down payment will be non-refundable.
• Forfeited slots may be released and given to other attendees.
• Registration slots are transferable only until seven (7) days before the event date and must be coordinated with the organizers.
• By submitting this registration form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated above.
