- At-home wellness services are supportive, non-emergency services performed according to veterinary instructions when applicable. Pups ’N Us does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide emergency veterinary care. Pets experiencing an emergency or significant change in condition will be referred to a veterinarian or emergency veterinary facility. You must upload veterinary discharge instructions or treatment instructions to book these services.
