    Website: Cruisinent.com

    These Booking Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all reservations and services provided by Cruisin’ Entertainment ("Cruisin’ Entertainment," "we," "us," or "our").

    By completing a booking, the customer ("Customer," "you," or "your") agrees to these Terms and acknowledges that participation in Cruisin’ Entertainment activities is also subject to the Customer Participation, Liability Waiver & Responsible Party Agreement.

    1. BOOKING & RESERVATION

    A booking is considered confirmed when:

    The Customer has submitted the required booking information;
    The Customer has agreed to these Booking Terms & Conditions;
    The Customer has agreed to the Customer Participation and Liability Waiver.
    Any required deposit or payment has been received; and
    Cruisin’ Entertainment has confirmed the reservation.
    Event dates and times are not guaranteed until the booking has been confirmed by Cruisin’ Entertainment.

    2. PAYMENT

    The Customer agrees to pay the total amount stated in the booking confirmation.

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance is due before the start of the scheduled event.

    Cruisin’ Entertainment accepts payment methods identified during the booking process.

    A valid credit or debit card may be required to be maintained on file for the duration of the booking and for authorized charges under these Terms.

    3. CARD-ON-FILE AUTHORIZATION

    By providing a credit or debit card for a booking, the Customer authorizes Cruisin’ Entertainment to charge the card on file for amounts properly due under these Terms, including:

    The agreed-upon booking balance;
    Approved additions or upgrades requested by the Customer;
    Applicable travel or mileage fees;
    Damage to Cruisin’ Entertainment property resulting from negligence, misuse, or intentional conduct, subject to applicable law;
    Lost, stolen, or unreturned Cruisin’ Entertainment equipment or property;
    Reasonable cleaning or restoration costs resulting from damage or misuse beyond ordinary wear and tear; and
    Other charges expressly authorized under these Terms or the Customer's booking agreement.
    Cruisin’ Entertainment will provide notice of any damage or other non-routine charge when reasonably practicable.

    4. CANCELLATION POLICY

    The Customer may cancel a booking subject to the following policy.

    Cancellation More Than 7 Days Before the Event

    Cancellations made more than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund of amounts paid, subject to any non-refundable fees specifically identified at the time of booking.

    Cancellation Within 7 Days of the Event

    No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within seven (7) calendar days of the scheduled event.

    This policy exists because event dates are reserved specifically for the Customer and may prevent Cruisin’ Entertainment from accepting another booking for the same date and time.

    5. RESCHEDULING

    Cruisin’ Entertainment may allow a Customer to reschedule an event, subject to availability.

    Requests to reschedule should be made as soon as possible.

    A rescheduled event must generally occur within a reasonable period established by Cruisin’ Entertainment. Additional fees may apply if the new date requires additional travel, services, equipment, or pricing.

    Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

    6. EVENT TIMES

    The Customer is responsible for providing accurate event start and end times.

    The Customer should ensure that guests are ready to participate at the scheduled start time.

    The booked service period begins and ends at the times stated in the booking confirmation.

    Customer delays, late arrivals, or interruptions generally do not extend the scheduled service period.

    Additional time may be available at the applicable hourly rate, subject to availability.

    7. SETUP & ACCESS

    The Customer agrees to provide Cruisin’ Entertainment with reasonable and safe access to the event location for setup, operation, and removal of equipment.

    The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the location:

    Provides adequate space for the gaming trailer and/or entertainment equipment;
    Has a reasonably accessible route for the trailer and equipment;
    Is free of hazards that could reasonably interfere with setup or operation; and
    Allows Cruisin’ Entertainment to safely enter, operate, and exit the property.
    Cruisin’ Entertainment may refuse setup or operation if conditions are determined to be unsafe or unsuitable.

    8. TRAVEL & MILEAGE FEES

    Cruisin’ Entertainment provides service within and around the Colorado Springs area.

    Travel is included for locations within 25 miles of Cruisin Entertainment's home base.

    A travel fee of $2.50 per mile will apply to mileage beyond the included 25-mile service area.

    Applicable travel fees will be communicated to the Customer during the booking process whenever practicable.

    9. WEATHER

    For outdoor activities, including yard games, weather conditions may affect the ability to safely provide services.

    Cruisin’ Entertainment reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel outdoor activities when weather or environmental conditions create an unsafe operating environment.

    When reasonably possible, Cruisin’ Entertainment will work with the Customer to provide an alternative arrangement or reschedule affected services.

    The gaming trailer may remain operational during weather conditions when Cruisin’ Entertainment determines that the trailer and access to it can be operated safely.

    10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR GUESTS

    The Customer is responsible for taking reasonable steps to ensure that guests attending the Customer's event follow Cruisin’ Entertainment's applicable rules, safety instructions, and directions.

    For events involving minors, parents or legal guardians remain responsible for supervising their children unless Cruisin’ Entertainment has separately agreed in writing to provide supervision services.

    The Customer's responsibilities regarding participation, assumption of risk, minors, and the Customer's status as the Responsible Party are further addressed in the Customer Participation, Liability Waiver & Responsible Party Agreement.

    11. EQUIPMENT USE

    All gaming equipment, yard games, electronics, furniture, and other property provided by Cruisin’ Entertainment remain the property of Cruisin’ Entertainment unless otherwise stated.

    Customers and guests must use equipment only for its intended purpose and follow instructions provided by Cruisin’ Entertainment personnel.

    Cruisin’ Entertainment may discontinue a particular activity or remove equipment from use if it is being misused or presents a safety risk.

    Additional participation and safety requirements are contained in the Customer Participation, Liability Waiver & Responsible Party Agreement.

    12. PROPERTY DAMAGE

    The Customer is responsible, subject to applicable law, for damage to Cruisin’ Entertainment property caused by the Customer or the Customer's guests through negligence, misuse, or intentional conduct.

    This includes, but is not limited to:

    Gaming consoles;
    Controllers and accessories;
    Televisions and displays;
    Furniture;
    Yard games;
    Audio equipment;
    Gaming trailer components; and
    Other equipment or property belonging to Cruisin Entertainment.
    Damage caused by normal wear and tear or ordinary use is not considered property damage under this section.

    Repair or replacement costs will be based on the reasonable current cost of repairing the damaged item or replacing it with a like-kind and reasonably comparable item.

    Cruisin’ Entertainment may provide documentation of the damage and applicable repair or replacement cost upon request.

    13. LOST OR UNRETURNED PROPERTY

    Customers are responsible for equipment or property provided to them or their guests during an event.

    Lost, stolen, or unreturned Cruisin’ Entertainment equipment or property may be charged to the card on file at the reasonable current replacement cost of a like-kind and reasonably comparable item.

    14. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

    Cruisin’ Entertainment reserves the right to suspend or terminate services when a Customer or guest engages in conduct that creates an unsafe environment or threatens the safety of people or property.

    Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

    Fighting or threatening behavior;
    Intentional destruction of property;
    Harassment or abusive behavior toward Cruisin’ Entertainment personnel;
    Use of equipment while impaired;
    Deliberate misuse of equipment; or
    Any activity that creates an unreasonable safety risk.
    Cruisin’ Entertainment may immediately discontinue participation or services when reasonably necessary for safety or protection of property.

    No refund will be provided for services discontinued because of prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

    15. ALCOHOL & INTOXICATION

    Cruisin’ Entertainment does not provide alcohol.

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that alcohol consumption at private events does not interfere with the safe operation of Cruisin’ Entertainment equipment or activities.

    Cruisin’ Entertainment personnel may refuse participation or discontinue services for any individual who appears intoxicated or whose behavior presents a safety risk.

    No refund will be provided for services discontinued due to unsafe or prohibited conduct, subject to applicable law and these Terms.

    16. DAMAGE TO CUSTOMER PROPERTY

    Cruisin’ Entertainment will exercise reasonable care while providing services but is not responsible for damage to customer or guest property resulting from ordinary use of the event location, activities, or circumstances outside Cruisin’ Entertainment's reasonable control, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

    Customers and guests are responsible for keeping personal belongings secure.

    17. EQUIPMENT FAILURE

    Cruisin’ Entertainment makes reasonable efforts to ensure that equipment is operational before each event.

    If equipment experiences an unexpected technical failure during an event, Cruisin’ Entertainment will make reasonable efforts to repair, replace, or provide an alternative activity when possible.

    No guarantee is made that a particular game, console, television, or piece of equipment will remain available for the entire event.

    18. FORCE MAJEURE

    Cruisin’ Entertainment will not be responsible for failure or delay in providing services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, accidents, mechanical failure, utility outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

    When reasonably possible, Cruisin’ Entertainment will work with the Customer to reschedule the event or provide an alternative arrangement.

    19. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED LOCATION

    The Customer represents that they have permission to host the event at the location provided to Cruisin’ Entertainment.

    The Customer is responsible for obtaining any required permission, permits, HOA approval, venue authorization, or other authorization necessary to host the event.

    20. PHOTOGRAPHY & PROMOTIONAL USE

    Any photography or video involving identifiable participants for marketing or promotional purposes is subject to the applicable Photo & Video Release contained in the Customer Participation, Liability Waiver & Responsible Party Agreement.

    Acceptance of these Booking Terms does not by itself constitute consent to use an individual's image for promotional purposes.

    21. PARTICIPATION & LIABILITY WAIVER

    Participation in Cruisin’ Entertainment activities is subject to the Customer Participation, Liability Waiver & Responsible Party Agreement.

    The Customer acknowledges that the Booking Terms and the Participation & Liability Waiver serve different purposes and should be reviewed and accepted as applicable.

    The Booking Terms govern the booking and provision of services. The Participation & Liability Waiver governs participation, assumption of risk, releases, minors, and related matters.

    22. CHANGES TO SERVICES

    Cruisin’ Entertainment reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions to equipment, games, or activities when necessary due to equipment availability, maintenance, safety concerns, weather, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

    Any material change to the services will be communicated to the Customer when reasonably practicable.

    23. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
