Thank you for your interest in participating in the first annual Bunkhouse Lodge Coastal Christmas festival. This Black Friday market and festival is the first of it’s kind in the area. We are excited to be bringing the joy of the season to our community, and hope that this event will become a family tradition for years to come. We appreciate you as vendors and understand that without you a successful event is not possible.
There is plenty of room for vendors and food trucks at The Bunkhouse Lodge, and even room for your RV, or Camper if you would like to stay on the property for the night. The bunkhouse lodge has beautifully appointed guest rooms available to vendors at a discounted rate.
Vendors and food trucks will be allowed to begin setting up on the morning of the event at 7:00 AM and must be open for business at 9:00 AM. There is no electricity available for vendors, food trucks, or campers so please plan accordingly. No early teardown please.
In conjunction with our festival, we will be raising money for Combat Marine Outdoors, a wonderful organization that helps U.S. Military veterans of every branch of service by getting them involved in outdoor sporting activities. The veterans fish Texas coastal waters and hunt more than one hundred ranches.
Santa will be in attendance to listen to Christmas wishes. The Coastal Benders will be providing music. Beer, wine, hot cocoa and select cocktails will be available. There will be a kids zone full of entertaining activities for the children.
