Glow, Giggle & Wiggle Toddler Rave — Tickets 🎟️✨

Get ready to Glow, Giggle & Wiggle at Craft & Co.! We’re transforming the studio into a toddler rave filled with music, glow lights, dancing, and fun for little ones and their grown-ups. Child admission is $30 for every child, including infants under 1. Each child ticket includes one foam glow stick. Adult admission is free, but please select an adult ticket for every adult attending so we can plan for everyone in the studio. Adult tickets must accompany a child ticket. A parent or guardian must stay with and supervise their child throughout the event. Space is limited, so reserve tickets for your full group in advance!

Photography and Video Notice & Release

Photos and videos will be taken throughout the Glow, Giggle & Wiggle Toddler Rave. Because this is an active group event, Craft & Co. cannot guarantee that any attendee, including children, will remain outside the camera frame.

By registering for and attending this event, I understand and agree that I and the child or children included in my registration may be photographed or recorded. I give Craft & Co. permission to use these photos and videos for business and promotional purposes, including social media, its website, digital advertising, printed materials, and future event promotions, without compensation.

Craft & Co. will not identify a child by name without separate permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian. I understand that if I do not agree to this photography and video policy, I should not register for or attend the event.

Glow, Lights, Sound & Sensory Notice

This event takes place in a darkened environment and includes bright, moving, and flashing lights, glow effects, amplified music, and periods of elevated sound. These effects may cause discomfort or trigger symptoms in individuals with photosensitive epilepsy, seizure disorders, migraines, hearing sensitivities, sensory processing differences, or other medical conditions.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether the event is appropriate for their child and themselves. Hearing protection is encouraged for infants, young children, and guests who are sensitive to sound. Guests may step outside the activity area at any time if they need a sensory break.

By attending, I acknowledge the event’s lighting, sound, and sensory effects. I accept responsibility for monitoring my child and agree to leave the activity area if my child or anyone in my party experiences discomfort or concerning symptoms.

Parent Acknowledgment, Assumption of Risk & Liability Release

 

I understand that participation in the Glow, Giggle & Wiggle Toddler Rave is voluntary and involves active movement, dancing, low lighting, flashing or moving lights, amplified music, glow products, event decorations, and interaction with other children and adults.

I understand that participation may involve risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions, overstimulation, reactions to lights or sound, and other injuries that may occur during an active group event. I knowingly accept these risks for myself and the child or children in my care.

I confirm that I am the child’s parent, legal guardian, or an adult authorized by the parent or legal guardian to supervise the child. I agree to remain at the event and provide active, continuous supervision. Craft & Co. staff are not providing childcare and are not responsible for supervising individual children.

I am responsible for determining whether my child is physically and medically able to participate. I will inform Craft & Co. of any relevant medical, accessibility, or safety concerns before participation and will remove my child from an activity if it appears unsafe or unsuitable for them.

If an emergency occurs and I cannot be reached or am unable to respond, I authorize Craft & Co. personnel to contact emergency services and assist in obtaining reasonably necessary medical care. I understand that I am responsible for any resulting medical expenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I assume the risks associated with participation and release Craft & Co., its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and property owner from claims arising from ordinary risks connected with the event. This release does not apply to gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct.

I agree to follow all event rules and staff instructions and understand that anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may be asked to leave. I understand that Craft & Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
