📅 Event Date: Saturday, November 7th at 9am
📍 Location: Dorseyville Middle School Track

We’re excited to welcome students, siblings, family, friends, and community members to join us for this year’s Hartwood Fun Run! Toddlers through 8th graders are welcome to participate — whether you're part of Hartwood Elementary or another school!

🎟️ Registration is $25 per participant and includes a participant T-shirt.
Additional T-shirts for adults may be purchased during registration.
(Please note - registrations received after October 20th will NOT receive a T-shirt)

No need to specify the race you'd like to participate in - runners are welcome to run in whichever race they would like! Races include:

🏁 100-Yard Dash
🏃‍♀️ 0.5 Mile Run
🏃‍♂️ 1 Mile Run
🏃‍♂️ 1/4 Mile Family Run

There’s something for every age and ability!

We want every child to be able to participate — if cost is a concern, please contact the Hartwood Guidance Office (jacqueline_kissinger@fcasd.edu) to request financial support for registration.

Please note: A NURSE WILL NOT BE ACCESSIBLE DURING THE EVENT. Personal medical supplies such as Epi-pens, inhalers, allergy medications, etc. will need to be brought to the event and administered by the participant’s parent(s)/legal guardian(s).

Corporate sponsors for the Fall Turkey Trot received after 10/21/26 will be recognized on signage at the event. The size of each sponsor’s logo will correspond to their sponsorship level—higher levels receive larger, more prominent placement.
