Lanyard Personalization Form

Thank you for supporting my little handmade lanyard obsession! I'm so excited to make custom lanyards for our choir family. Each lanyard is handmade and personalized based on your choices, so your finished piece will be uniquely yours. You can choose your colors, beads, charms, words, and overall vibe. Please fill out this form with as much detail as you'd like. The more you tell me, the better I can make something that feels like you. Once I receive your form, I'll review your selections and confirm your order, price, and any additional details before I begin making it. Any and all information disclosed within will be kept entirely confidential. Lanyard completion times may vary but most should be completed within 7-10 business days of your order form submission. Thank you for allowing me to provide you with more whimsy!

Base Lanyard cost: $25

Every custom lanyard includes:

• Handmade beaded lanyard with standard plastic beads unless specified otherwise
• Up to 3 different bead colors and/or styles
• Includes lanyard name tag holder in a corresponding color of choice
• The standard lanyard length is ~12 inches but it can be made shorter/longer upon request

Customization Add-Ons

 

• Name / Word Personalization +$1/letter
  Have your name, nickname, initials, or favorite word spelled out with letter beads.
• Specialty Beads +$5-8/style
  Additional specialty, glass, pearl, rhinestone, natural stone, large sized or any other unique beads beyond the standard style/size.
• Themed Charm +$1/charm
  Add a music note, instrument, heart, star, flower, or another decorative charm.
• Premium / Specialty Charm +$2/charm
  For larger, more detailed specialty, or higher-cost charms.
• Extra Customization - price varies
  For particularly detailed designs, additional personalization, or requests requiring extra materials or labor.

Because every lanyard is handmade and personalized, pricing may vary depending on the materials, number of custom elements, and amount of time required to create your design. I'll always communicate your final price before beginning your order, so there are no surprise costs.

Payment is due once your order has been confirmed and the final price has been communicated to you. Electronic payment links can be found in my link tree, they are as follows: Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal. Additionally, I will also accept cash, in person, at rehearsal.

Please note: Submitting this form is a personalization/ order request and does not constitute payment. Your order will be considered confirmed once payment arrangements have been made.

Because each lanyard is custom-made specifically for you, cancellations are handled based on where your order is in the creation process.

• Before I begin making your lanyard: You may cancel your order for a full refund of any payment already made.
• Once materials have been purchased or I have started making your lanyard: Your payment may be non-refundable because it may have already been used toward materials and/or labor.
• Once your lanyard is completed: Cancellations are no longer accepted.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll always do my best to work with you when I can!

Refunds will generally only be considered if:

• The lanyard becomes damaged very soon after receiving it.
• I made a significant error compared with the personalization details you provided.
• We have discussed and agreed upon another solution.

Because each lanyard is handmade, no two will ever be exactly alike, and that's part of the magic! Your selections will be my starting point, but I may make small creative choices along the way to make sure the colors, beads, charms, and overall design work beautifully together. Sometimes a particular bead or charm may be unavailable, or I may find something that fits your vision even better than what you originally selected. By ordering a handmade lanyard you're giving me a little bit of creative freedom to bring your vision to life. While I'll always do my best to follow your requests and preferences, the finished lanyard may have slight variations from what you imagined or from other lanyards you've seen based on the resources available to me. The goal isn't for every lanyard to look identical, the goal is for yours to feel like it was made just for you.
