The 2027 Stallion Fee for DUAL EQUIS is ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00). To secure a 2027 breeding reservation, the Mare Owner must submit a signed Stallion Fee Agreement together with a non-refundable initial payment of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00). The $500.00 initial payment shall be applied toward the total 2027 Stallion Fee. No reservation shall be secured until both the signed Agreement and required initial payment have been received and accepted. This Agreement reserves one (1) 2027 breeding position, subject to timely execution of this Agreement and receipt of the required initial payment. The signed Stallion Fee Agreement and required initial payment must be received within seven (7) calendar days of the date this Agreement is issued. Failure to return the executed Agreement and required initial payment within seven (7) calendar days shall automatically render this Agreement null and void, and the reservation shall be forfeited without further notice. The remaining balance of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00) shall be due prior to the first semen collection, shipment, or breeding service. The initial payment is non-refundable and non-transferable and may not be credited toward any future breeding season, substitute stallion, substitute owner, or other contract.
BREEDING FACILITY CONTRACT & FEES: DUAL EQUIS will stand at Outlaw Stallion Station for the 2027 breeding season. All breeding facility fees and services are separate from the DUAL EQUIS Stallion Fee stated above and shall be paid directly to Outlaw Stallion Station. Outlaw Stallion Station requires a one-time Booking/Chute Fee of $500.00, which covers collection and semen handling. All cooled/fresh, frozen, Canadian, and other shipment charges are additional and will be assessed according to Outlaw Stallion Station's current rates at the time of service. Shipping rates and other facility charges are subject to change in accordance with Outlaw Stallion Station's policies.
OUTLAW STALLION STATION CONTRACT: Once Outlaw Stallion Station's official 2027 breeding contracts are finalized and available, the Mare Owner will receive the facility's contract via EMAIL with all applicable breeding information and instructions. Execution and return of the Outlaw Stallion Station contract is mandatory. A completed Outlaw Stallion Station contract must be on file before any semen will be collected, released, or shipped.The facility contract will outline all applicable terms and conditions, including current facility fees, collection procedures, semen handling, shipment rates and policies, veterinary requirements, mare requirements, deadlines, on-site breeding services, and any other requirements established by Outlaw Stallion Station. The Mare Owner agrees to execute and return all required facility contracts, forms, and supporting documentation within the time period specified by Outlaw Stallion Station and to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, deadlines, breeding requirements, collection policies, shipping policies, veterinary requirements, fees, and other provisions established by the facility. Failure to execute the required facility contract or otherwise comply with Outlaw Stallion Station's requirements may prevent semen from being collected, released, or shipped and may result in cancellation of the breeding reservation.
SEMEN AVAILABILITY & FACILITY CHARGES: This Stallion Fee Agreement reserves only the Mare Owner's 2027 breeding position and does not guarantee semen availability, specific collection dates, shipment dates, on-site AI availability, or other breeding services. All collection, shipment, breeding, and facility services are subject to Outlaw Stallion Station's schedule, policies, availability, and current rates. The Mare Owner acknowledges that the Outlaw Stallion Station Booking/Chute Fee, shipment charges, veterinary fees, mare-care fees, boarding fees, and any other facility charges are separate from the $1,000.00 DUAL EQUIS 2027 Stallion Fee and shall be paid directly to Outlaw Stallion Station in accordance with its policies.
CANADIAN SHIPMENTS: For semen shipments to Canada, the mare must have a current health certificate for breeding purposes before semen will be released for shipment. The Mare Owner is responsible for ensuring all required documentation has been completed and provided to Outlaw Stallion Station in sufficient time for the requested shipment.
ON-SITE ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION (AI): On-site artificial insemination (AI) is available through Outlaw Stallion Station. Mare Owners requesting on-site AI must provide the stallion station with at least one (1) to two (2) weeks advance notice to allow the facility to confirm availability within its schedule. On-site AI is subject to Outlaw Stallion Station's availability and any applicable veterinary, mare-care, boarding, or other breeding-related charges.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and shall become binding upon execution by both parties and receipt of the required initial payment.
INITIAL PAYMENT:
A non-refundable initial payment of $500.00, which shall be applied toward the $1,000.00 2027 Stallion Fee, is due with the signed Stallion Fee Agreement.
