WAIVER OF LIABILITY & VENDOR FEE AGREEMENT
By participating as a vendor at a Tennessee NORML event, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in this event and accept responsibility for myself, my property, merchandise, equipment, and booth area.
I agree to release and hold harmless Tennessee NORML, Century Farm Winery, event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and their representatives from claims or liability for injury, loss, theft, damage, or other harm arising from my participation in the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Vendor fees are non-refundable. By submitting payment, I acknowledge and agree that I will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for my vendor fee due to my inability or decision not to attend, weather, event conditions, sales performance, or other circumstances outside the organizers' control. If the event is canceled by the Event Organizer, for reasons other than Act of Nature, an alternative vending date will be offered to the vendor.
If legal action is required to enforce this agreement or collect amounts owed under it, the vendor agrees to be responsible for reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by Tennessee NORML and the Organizers to the extent permitted by applicable law.
