(PRV, TB/brucellosis) If so, be sure to schedule CVI appointment with ample time (client responsibility).(This website is a great resource: https://www.interstatelivestock.com/combined with individual show rules to ensure no additional testing is needed. I will also check as able but this makes a difference in, "we can get this done and they can transport tomorrow" vs "we need 1-3 weeks for testing/shipping samples.")

Emails may be sent to jackson.katie.dvm@gmail.com with any problems. If you don't already have a spreadsheet, please use this template. (Template - you will need to download the file to edit)

- If you don't want to use a spreadsheet, you can submit animal data using the below table. Primary and secondary ID would be if an animal has both a tattoo and a microchip, or an 840/KUIP tag and a scrapie tag.
- If animals are registered and tattoos are used for identification, please upload 1 PDF with all registration papers. Scan (or take pictures) with the lowest image quality and compress files to ensure they're small enough. Emails with information will also be accepted but may incur extra charges due to longer processing time if items are not formatted properly.
