PARTICIPANT WAIVER & RELEASE

I understand that participating in yoga and interacting with puppies involves inherent risks, including slips, falls, strains, scratches, bites, allergic reactions, and other injuries or illnesses that may result from exercise or animal interaction.

I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to follow all instructions provided by Agape Yoga, event staff, animal handlers, and rescue representatives.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Agape Yoga, its owners, instructors, employees, volunteers, agents, event organizers, participating animal rescue organizations, and animal handlers from claims or liability arising from my participation in the event, including injury, illness, allergic reaction, or property damage, except where liability cannot legally be waived.

I understand that puppies are animals and their behavior can be unpredictable. I am responsible for participating within my own physical limitations and for informing event staff of any concerns that may affect my safety.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and understand this waiver, voluntarily assume the risks of participation, and agree to its terms.
