Please select your method of payment for the Exhibitor Registration Fee.The registration fee is a flat $10 per exhibitor, regardless of how many vehicles you bring. For example, whether you bring 1 tractor or 10 tractors, your total registration fee is still just $10.

Agreement Terms: By signing below, the exhibitor (“Participant”) agrees to the following terms and conditions for participation in The Patch – St. Elmo’s 2nd Annual Car, Truck & Tractor Show (“Event”), hosted by The Patch – St. Elmo (“Event Organizer”). Assumption of Risk: The Participant acknowledges that participation in the Event is voluntary and may involve certain risks, including but not limited to damage to vehicles or personal property, personal injury, illness, or death. The Participant voluntarily assumes all such risks. Release of Liability: The Participant agrees that The Patch – St. Elmo, its owners, employees, volunteers, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury (including death) that may occur before, during, or after the Event. Indemnification: The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Patch – St. Elmo and its representatives from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including all attorney fees that The Patch - St. Elmo incurs ) arising from or related to their participation in the Event. Property Responsibility: The Participant is solely responsible for their vehicle(s), equipment, and any personal property brought to the Event. The Patch – St. Elmo does not provide security or insurance coverage for participant property. Injury or Accident: The Participant agrees that The Patch – St. Elmo shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies that occur before, during, or after the Event. Participants are responsible for their own insurance coverage. Legal Fees: If the Participant initiates any legal action against The Patch – St. Elmo, the Participant agrees to be responsible for all costs incurred by The Patch – St. Elmo, including all attorney fees, court fees, and related expenses in defense of such claims. Behavior & Conduct: The Participant agrees to display their vehicle/equipment safely and responsibly and to follow all instructions given by Event staff. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the Event without refund. Photography & Media Release: The Participant grants permission to The Patch – St. Elmo to use photographs or videos taken at the Event for promotional purposes, including online and print media. Acknowledgment: By signing below, the Participant confirms they have read and understand this agreement and voluntarily agree to all terms.
