  • Sebby's Corner provides basic essentials to families so that no child goes without.

    We are delighted to be hosting a Christmas pop up shop for families in need to choose brand new gifts for their children up to the age of 10 at no charge.

    Due to issues with our building, our Christmas support will NOT be taking place at our hub. Instead, we will be at Workshop C, Unit 3, Panattoni Park, York Crescent, Borehamwood, WD6 1DJ.

    We will use the information you provide in this form for the purposes of providing our services to you. All of the data you provide in this form will be held in line with our privacy policy. Your information will only be shared with third parties where it is necessary in order to provide our services to you.

  • What happens next?


    Once you have submitted this form, our team will review the referral to assess the family's eligibility for Christmas support. You will receive an email confirming the outcome of the referral, whether it has been approved or declined. If the family is eligible, the email will include a link to book their Christmas Grotto appointment. You can either book the appointment on the family's behalf or forward the link directly to the family so they can choose a suitable date and time themselves.

  • What happens next?


    Once you have submitted this form, our team will review your bulk referral to assess whether we have the capacity to fulfil your request. You will receive an email confirming whether your referral has been approved or declined.

    If approved, the email will include a link to book your slot to choose the gifts on behalf of your families. Please note these appointments will be one hour long and take place on Monday 14th December and Tuesday 15th December.
