Vendors receive: space for one 10x10 canopy, mapped for vending. Includes space to park 1 vehicle + mentions as often as possible, across all forms of advertising. (Facebook, print ads, radio, etc.) FEE DUE: $__each (required)

Events operate Rain or shine unless otherwise mentioned. No returns on pre-paid vendor fees as marketing your participation begins immediately. Unpaid invoiced vendors will not see their business names appear on marketing until paid in full.*

Event host insurance does not cover individual vendors. Vendors are advised to hold their own insurances. All permits, and licenses required by local business law, should be properly displayed during open hours.

Please notice: Vendor listing #s that appear on Facebook and website(s) is the number in which your registration was confirmed AND payment approved. You may appear on a pending list if unpaid or "cash on arrival" is selected. The numbered list you see online during the progression of things may not be the same number you are assigned during the mapping process.
