Terms and Conditions for The Study Hub Tuition School Holiday Program Enrollment
By filling out and signing this form, I, the undersigned, hereby agree as follows:
Waiver of Claims: I, on behalf of my child and as the parent or legal guardian of a participant in The Study Hub Tuition School Holiday Program(s), agree not to make any claims against The Study Hub Tuition for any and all damage, death, injuries, loss, or harm that may occur during the workshops or while traveling to and from the workshop activities.
Payment Responsibility: When making payments, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover all transfer fees.
Refund Policy: There will be no refunds, exchanges, or transfers under any circumstances except in cases of force majeure.
Clothing and Attire: The Study Hub Tuition is not responsible for staining or damage to clothing. Parents are advised to ensure their children wear appropriate clothing for the activities.
Materials and Take-Home Items: Materials from certain workshops can be taken home. Additionally, arts and crafts completed by the children during the program can be taken home.
