  • PROJECT INFORMATION

    This application is to apply to take part in Our Star Theatre Company's Junior Musical production of SEUSSICAL JR at The Market Theatre, Ledbury.

    Participants must have very good availability for rehearsals (January & February) and MUST be available for all Dress, Tech and Performance dates.  

    Please note, all rehearsals will take place twice a week in Ledbury. During production week, intensive rehearsals shall take place in the daytime during February half-term from 10am-5pm daily.

    Important Dates:

    Rehearsals - Wednesday 6th January to Thursday 18th February 2027

    Performances - Thursday 18th - Sunday 21st February 2027 

    Evenings at 7pm, Saturday & Sunday Matinees at 2pm (5 performances total)

     

    Participation Fee = £­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­70

    The above participation fee is to cover costs such as costume, props and insurance. We have tried to keep the cost as affordable as possible. 

    If paying a fee is prohibitive, please get in touch - we wouldn't want anyone to feel unable to take-part due to a cost barrier. All discussions will be held in the strictest of confidence.

    AUDITION INFORMATION

    Audition date: Saturday 14th November 2026
    Check-in: from 12pm for a prompt 12:30pm start
    Group Audition Times: 12:30pm-2pm

    at The Market Theatre, Market Street, Ledbury, Herefordshire, HR8 2AQ

    Once we receive your application, we shall contact you to confirm your audition slot and to provide the audition materials.

    Any auditionee wishing to audition for a named role will need to indicate this in the tick box in the next page.  Any individual wishing to audition for a named role will also be given an individual slot time to perform a prepared piece. All details are included in the Audition Pack.

    APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

    All applicants must be over the age of 8 years by the time of auditioning to apply.

    Applicants under 18 years of age must have this form completed and signed by a parent or guardian.
