About the Program - Administered by Molto Allegretto Academy - Designed for children to learn, enjoy music, build confidence, creativity, teamwork, and musical skills - This is an extracurricular enrichment program, not a conservatory, academic-credit course, or competitive program - Progress varies by child; the goal is meaningful participation and growth
*
I understand that this is an extracurricular enrichment program designed to support my child’s musical growth, confidence, participation, and enjoyment.
Enrollment & Tuition - Enrollment has a minimum academic commitment period. - Fall enrollment runs through December 31 of the current calendar year. - Spring enrollment runs from January 1 through May 31. - Families enrolling after a period begins remain committed through the end of that same period. - Tuition remains due through the end of the applicable commitment period even if the student stops attending earlier. - Registration/enrollment fees are non-refundable. - Reasonable exceptions may be reviewed case-by-case for documented medical circumstances, relocation, or another significant hardship.
*
I understand that enrollment has a minimum academic commitment period and that tuition remains due through the end of the applicable commitment period.
Attendance, Absences & Illness - Regular attendance is encouraged - Student absences do not normally reduce tuition or create private make-up classes, credits, or refunds for group classes - If a documented illness or medical circumstance causes significant or extended absences, families may contact moltoallegrettoacademy@gmail.com for review - Molto may consider a prorated tuition adjustment, account credit, temporary pause, or other reasonable accommodation on a case-by-case basis; this is not automatic
*
I understand that absences do not normally reduce tuition, but significant or extended illness may be reviewed by Molto Allegretto Academy on a case-by-case basis.
Communication - Official administrative matters such as enrollment, billing, withdrawals, refunds, policy questions, account changes, and formal concerns must be directed to moltoallegrettoacademy@gmail.com - Teachers handle instructional matters such as progress, practice, repertoire, attendance, and materials - Teachers and Alianza staff cannot approve withdrawals, refunds, tuition changes, billing exceptions, or policy exceptions - WhatsApp, text messages, and group chats may be used for reminders and logistics but do not replace formal written notice when required - Families should maintain current contact information and communicate respectfully
*
I understand that official administrative matters, including withdrawals, billing, refunds, and policy questions, must be handled directly with Molto Allegretto Academy.
Placement & Class Decisions - Molto may determine or adjust teacher assignment, group placement, instrument placement, class time, or grouping based on educational and operational needs - Placement is developmental, not competitive - Families are welcome to ask questions or request review, but final academic and administrative decisions are made by Molto Allegretto Academy
*
I understand that placement, teacher assignment, class grouping, and instructional decisions are made by Molto Allegretto Academy based on the student’s educational and program needs.
Student Experience & Conduct - We want students to look forward to music class and enjoy learning - Students are expected to participate respectfully, follow teacher directions, care for instruments and materials, and allow classmates to learn - If a child is struggling with participation, Molto will communicate with the family and work toward a solution whenever reasonably possible - Immediate safety concerns may require prompt intervention
*
I understand that students are expected to participate respectfully, follow teacher directions, care for instruments and materials, and allow classmates to learn.
Materials, Arrival & Pickup - Families are responsible for required books, folders, supplies, and personal instruments when applicable - Students should arrive on time and prepared - Families must follow Alianza campus arrival, pickup, supervision, and safety procedures
*
I understand that my family is responsible for required materials, timely arrival and pickup, and following Alianza campus safety and supervision procedures.
Performances & Special Activities - Students may be invited to internal or external performances, showcases, recitals, campus events, cultural celebrations, community events, or special Molto activities - These experiences are intended to build confidence, teamwork, stage experience, and enjoyment - Not every student or group will participate in every event - Some activities may be optional and others strongly encouraged - Event-specific details such as date, location, dress, arrival time, repertoire, transportation, supervision, and additional rehearsals will be communicated separately - Molto may combine students from different Alianza campuses or Molto programs when appropriate
*
I understand that my child may be invited to participate in internal or external performances, showcases, or special musical activities, and that event-specific details will be communicated separately.
Withdrawal - A minimum of 30 calendar days’ written notice is required for withdrawal or non-renewal. - Notice given during a commitment period does not shorten the financial commitment through the end of that period. - Withdrawal may become effective at the end of the applicable commitment period once proper written notice has been received and Molto confirms the effective date. - Official withdrawal must be submitted to moltoallegrettoacademy@gmail.com or through an official Molto withdrawal form. - Verbal notice, telling only an instructor or Alianza staff member, missing classes, or simply stopping attendance does not constitute withdrawal. - Tuition and scheduled charges that become due during the notice period remain payable. - Reasonable exceptions may be reviewed case-by-case for documented medical circumstances, relocation, or another significant hardship.
*
I understand that a minimum of 30 calendar days’ written notice is required and that the minimum commitment period and notice requirements may still apply.
