When submitting my art, I certify I am the copyright holder of all artwork submitted.
I allow Pop-in Art Gallery to use my image for promotional purposes.
I certify my art will be wired appropriately, and that if my art is not wired appropriately I will pay a 15$ re-wiring fee.
I understand that Pop-In Art Gallery does not assume responsibility for loss or damage to my artwork(s) or the loss or damage to frames, glass, or other physical display structures that I provide to Pop-in Art Gallery, no matter how that damage is sustained. I understand that Pop-in Art Gallery and its partners take reasonable safety and security precautions to ensure added protection of my artwork. I understand that the area where my artwork will be displayed may be unsupervised and open to the public during the daytime and evening. I also understand that Pop-In Art Gallery recommends that I carry my own personal property insurance.
