  • Mail-In Instructions

    Your package must ARRIVE at our Arizona location by October 13, 2026 to make the October trip.

    October 13 is the package arrival deadline — not the travel departure date.

    After reserving your spot, you will receive by email:

    • Your personalized package label
    • Mailing instructions
    • Package preparation details

    Please allow enough shipping time for your package to arrive before the deadline.

  • Amazon Instructions

    You may send Amazon orders directly to our Arizona processing location.

    Please complete your LDSxpress reservation before placing the Amazon order.

  • Things to Remember:

    Heavy Packages
    Packages weighing 20 lbs or more may incur an additional heavy-package fee of $25 or $35, depending on the destination country.

    Rounding Policy
    Shipping is charged per pound.

    • Under .50 lb rounds down
    • .50 lb or more rounds up to the next whole pound

    Example: A 2.5 lb package will be billed as 3 lbs.

    Delivery Timeline
    Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from the trip departure date for your package to arrive at the mission office.

    This timeline begins from the trip departure date — not the October 13 package arrival deadline.

    Mission Office Handling
    LDSxpress delivers packages to the missionary’s mission office.

    Once delivered, the mission controls final distribution to individual missionaries. Please allow additional time for your missionary to receive the package after it reaches the mission office.

     

     

  • Additional Fees & Options

    Electronics Fee
    Electronics are subject to a $20 fee per item due to customs requirements and additional handling.

    Optional Insurance
    Insurance is available for high-value or sentimental items. You may choose to add coverage during the reservation process.

    Card Fee
    A 4% card fee applies to payments made by card or online invoice.

    Split Packages
    If your items need to be divided into more than one bag for safe transport, each bag must have its own visible label and be clearly numbered.

    You will only be charged for the actual billable weight shipped, along with any applicable country or package fees.
