    If registered vendors cancel or are not able to attend, we will select vendors from this waitlist. We will contact you by email if you are selected and provide a link to complete your payment. You will have 1 week to complete this transaction before we move to the next vendor on the waitlist. You are not registered until payment is made.

  • 2026 Registration Rules

  • Priority for registered and paid 2025 Craft Show Vendors:
    - Application and payment due before May 1, 2026 to guarantee the same booth for the 2026 show.

    Open to the Public:
    -All booths will open to the public starting May 2, 2026. Booking based on payment date.

    No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2026.

    **Registration is not complete until payment is received. Each Booth costs $165. Booth rental of $160 (Saturday + Sunday) + $5.00 nonrefundable convenience fee. Each booth 10'x6'.
