1300.00 Private Room with a private restroom.(Perfect for couples or roommates. Save $100.00 per month)

Other Fees: 200.00 Non-Refundable, one time move in fee due at move-in to cover the adminitrative cost associated with setting up new licencee on our payment system.

50.00 Application Fee (Can be waived on a case by case basis) This fee covers the cost of background checks.
