TRADE THE BUCKLING COMMERCIALISM OF THE HOLIDAYS FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE MORE WICKEDLY WONDERFUL!

Skulls and stockings, black candles and boughs of holly, crystals instead of candy canes. This is where the dark side of the season comes out to play. From Krampus cheer and Yuletide magick to cozy, witchy winter vibes, Hex Your Halls is Wilmington’s ultimate holiday destination for the non-traditional gifter!

We are looking for unique, alternative vendors who make and sell witchy wares, crystals, oddities, handcrafted dark decor, gothic apparel, spooky art, and anything that brings a delightfully eerie touch to the holidays!

Please read and fill out this application completely to be considered for a vending space at the WILMYWOOD Market presented by Geeks & Freaks ILM Market.
You’ll receive an email letting you know if you’ve been accepted or waitlisted, please check your SPAM folder.

Vendor Fee: $50 per 10x10 outdoor space (non-refundable, non-transferable). Payment is due within 7 days of acceptance via PayPal, Venmo, or Cash. Cash payments can be dropped off at Buried Under Comics & Toys during business hours. Do not send payment before receiving your acceptance email.

EVENT GUIDELINES

• This is a rain or shine event (unless there is extreme weather - see last line). Plan accordingly.
• 10x10 outdoor space: $50.
• Tents are optional but highly recommended.
• Tent weights are required. Unweighted tents may not be used.
• Vendors must be completely set up by 3:45 PM and stay set up until 9:00 PM.
• Early pack-up or no-show may result in loss of invitation to future events.
• All products must fit the Geeks & Freaks vibe either pop culture, geeky, nerdy, freaky, mystical or odd. Hexy/Witchy Holiday Items have priority.
• Vendors provide their own tables, chairs, tents, and displays.
• No generators, open flames, or flammable materials.
• Maintain a professional display with clear pricing and payment signage.
• Vendors are responsible for their own sales, taxes, and cash handling.
• Bag and dispose of all trash properly or take it with you.
• Respect event staff, Waterline Staff, other vendors, and attendees at all times.
• In the event Waterline Brewing determines the weather to be unsafe for an outdoor event, we will do our best to move the event indoors - with each vendor receiving an 8ft wide space for setup. By submitting this application, you are agreeing to this setup change if necessary. Notice will be given the day before if this occurs.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By submitting this application, you agree to:

• Hold harmless Geeks & Freaks ILM Market, Waterline Brewing Co., and their representatives from any loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from your participation.
• Assume all risk related to weather, property, or customer interactions.
• Acknowledge you are vending as an independent seller, not an employee, and are not entitled to benefits or insurance.
• Understand that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Label all replica or inspired items clearly if they could be considered counterfeit. Failure to do so may result in removal.
• Accept that any disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal without refund and loss of future participation.
