• AWG General Event Volunteer Agreement

Complete this agreement to volunteer for any All We Got Collective event; event-specific times and instructions will be shared separately.
  • Volunteer Responsibilities:
    - Assist with event setup, guest check-in, supplies, seating, activity areas, breakdown, and cleanup as assigned.
    - Welcome and respectfully assist the young ladies and other guests throughout the event.
    - Follow directions from Talia Breanna or the assigned event lead and communicate concerns promptly.
    - Help keep event spaces safe, clean, organized, and welcoming.
    - Support other reasonable event needs within the volunteer's ability and assigned role.
    - Arrive at the event-specific time communicated by AWG and remain until released by the event lead.

    Professional Conduct and Care:
Represent AWG with kindness, patience, discretion, professionalism, and respect. Harassment, discrimination, bullying, unsafe conduct, intoxication, or disruptive behavior are not permitted. Protect guest privacy. Do not share personal stories, contact information, photos, or videos without clear authorization. Maintain appropriate boundaries and report safety concerns to the event lead. Wear event-appropriate clothing and limit personal phone use while actively volunteering.

    Attendance, Benefits and Understanding:
    - If unable to attend or running late, notify AWG as soon as possible so coverage can be arranged.
    - Volunteers receive free entry to the event they are serving and an AWG thank-you gift bag when applicable.
    - This is an unpaid volunteer role and does not create an employment relationship or guarantee future work.
    - AWG may reassign or end a volunteer shift when needed for guest safety or smooth event operations.
