NBCH: Table & Treat Registration
New Bedford Community Health is inviting local organizations and community partners to join us for Table & Treat, a free, family-friendly Halloween celebration on Friday, October 30, from 5:00–8:00 PM in the NBCH Courtyard at 384 Acushnet Avenue, New Bedford.

There is no cost to participate, but space is limited. Please complete the form below to request a table for your organization. We’ll follow up with participating organizations with additional event details and instructions.
