  •     Instead of a "Pie of the Weekend" this week, we'll be having a BOGO sale on our leftover mini pies and slices that we've accumulated over the last few months!  I often bring them to family gatherings or serve them at church since I think they still taste pretty good, but we just have too many! The crust does get a bit softer from being refrozen and thawed again, and the presentation isn't quite as good, so I don't like to sell them for full price.
