This time, men and women will have separate Pilates classes, then we’ll all come together for an unforgettable Konpa session! 💃🏽🕺🏽🔥

But it’s bigger than just a workout and a good time! 💗 We’ll also be giving back to a foundation that supports breast cancer awareness, so come ready to move, connect, have fun, and support a great cause. 🎀

10:30 AM – First Pilates Session 
Stretch, strengthen, and energize your body.

11:00 AM – Second Pilates Session 
Continue your wellness journey with guided movement and core-focused exercises.

11:30 AM – Konpa Class 
Learn the moves, enjoy the music, and dance your way into a great time!
