STEAMOLOGY welcomes all its STEM Fest Exhibitors/Vendors.

Please note, prior to becoming a STEM Fest exhibitor/vendor, you must read the instructions below.

Fee Structure:

Please complete your registration and payment by Sunday, October 4th, 2026.

Commercial Vendors: $200 per table (Please use donate button on STEAMOLOGY homepage to make your payment. Please mention vendor name on your payment. Ensure your form is completed, signed and submitted in case you make your payment first. 

Non-Commercial Vendors: We will reach out with pricing or fee waivers (for non profit, school clubs, goverment entities, etc.)

If you are unable to make payments electronically via the STEAMOLOGY website (using the donate button on the homepage), please complete and sign the form, and mail it along with your check to the address below.

Payments must be received by October 4th, 2026. Please include the vendor name on the check.

Event Schedule:
  09:30 AM - 10:30 AM Exhibitor/Vendor Set-Up in the Cafeteria
  11:00 AM - 2:00 PM Students and Families participate in STEM Fest activities  

Exhibit/Vendor Space Assignment and Electricity:
Exhibit space includes one table and two chairs (if needed).  Exhibitor will provide own table coverings and signage.  If electricity is requested, the exhibitor is required to provide an extension cord(s).  Please note, electricity outlets are limited and assignment to those spaces will be on the first-come, first-serve.

Exhibit/Vendor Rules:

• Exhibitor/Vendor must confine display to the area provided.
• Electricity is limited and is available while outlets are available (along cafeteria walls).
• Exhibitor/Vendor is responsible for property damage and liability for personal injury.  STEAMOLOGY and its associates will not assume any responsibility for the damage and/or loss of any merchandise or property left in the facility prior to, during, or following exhibit times.
• Exhibitor/Vendor is responsible for 1) damage to Mount Vernon High School and 2) removing all materials from the exhibit/Vendor space. Exhibitor/Vendor will be billed for all charges incurred related thereto.
• No exhibitor may use STEAMOLOGY's name/logo without the prior written approval of STEAMOLOGY officer.
• Exhibitors agree to adhere to exhibit schedule listed above.

Release of Liability:

We fully understand that as a part of STEM Fest 2026 activities our staff may accidentally get hurt and injured. We understand that such incidents are highly unlikely however could occur when performing at STEAMOLOGY event. My signature to this exhibitor/vendor liability release attests to our intent to hold harmless and release from all liability STEAMOLOGY and their agents and assigns from all acts which are related to our performance of any and all STEM Fest activities.

Photography Release:

We agree to allow pictures of our staff and equipment to be used, without compensation, for the purpose of the promotion and publicity related to STEAMOLOGY.
