I understand that if chosen I will be required to travel as follows: 1) 13 & Over are traveling as a team. 2) 12 & Under are traveling with a parent/ guardian and parent/guardian is responsible for travel (including flight, transportation, lodging and meals).
I understand that if chosen, I will be required to pay the following based on my age: 1) 13 & Over will be $1200 (covers, flight, hotel, athlete meals, transportation, & meet fees) or 2) 12 & Under will be $400 (covers athlete meals and meet fees)
