By submitting this form, I acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with equine activities and voluntarily assume those risks. I hereby release and hold harmless the Tennessee Stock Horse Association (TNSHA), Tennessee Miller Coliseum, clinic instructors, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, volunteers, and participants from liability for injury, death, loss, theft, or damage involving myself, my horse(s), or my property or equipment arising from participation in or attendance at the Tennessee Stock Horse Clinic and Show, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
I understand that under Tennessee law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for the injury or death of a participant resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to the Tennessee Equine Activities Liability Act.
By submitting this form, I also certify that any horse I bring onto the premises will have a current negative Coggins test as required for attendance.
I understand that disorderly, threatening, unsafe, or severely disrespectful conduct toward show staff, officials, volunteers, fellow exhibitors, or spectators will not be tolerated. TNSHA Board members and show management reserve the right to determine when conduct is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate and may require any participant or spectator engaging in such conduct to leave the premises without refund.
Disorderly conduct may include, but is not limited to, threatening or intimidating behavior; refusing to comply with reasonable instructions from show officials or management regarding safety; intentionally creating a hazardous condition; or repeated and excessive use of abusive or profane language directed toward another person.
