Tinsel on the Ridge: A Corps Holiday Market.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING VENDOR GUIDELINES FOR TINSEL ON THE RIDGE:A CORPS HOLIDAY MARKET BEFORE COMPLETING THIS APPLICATION:

DATE: Saturday, November 21, 2026 from 09:00 AM - 2:00pm

Setup: 07:45 AM - 08:45 AM

Location: Blue Ridge High School Student Parking lot ( Near football stadium)

This event has FREE admission. This will be a wonderful opportunity to support your Blue Ridge High School Corps of Cadets, as the fees are directly going towards their program, while supporting local small businesses in the Blue Ridge community. We will even have Santa and other family activities during the event.

VENDOR / FOOD TRUCK APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1 Spot (2 parking spots) Fee: $25 (Bring own table and tent)
2 Spots (4 Parking Spots) Fee: $40 (Bring own tent and table)
3 Spots (6 Parking Spots) Fee: $60 (Bring own tent and table)

Food Truck: $50

or $100 for exclusive truck in your food market.

Each vendor gives $10 gift card to any restaurant or store or a $10 product from your table, to help with the raffle.

Refund policy: there are no vendor fee refunds unless BRHS band booster cancels the event.
Social Media Promotion: you MUST agree to share the flyer on social media pages ( Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
Vendor Limitations: we will allow only one vendor for each MLM company (Example: Mary Kay, Scentsy, Doterra, Paparazzi etc.)
All Handmade products or personal business that are not a MLM or chain do not fall under this category due to the uniqueness, varieties and craftsmanship of the products.
Payment Instructions: once your application has been accepted, you will be sent a payment link and will have two days to complete payment.
PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU GET AN EMAIL FROM US, STATING YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED!!
Space dimensions: space rental is approximately 10 x 10. Spaces are not exact and may vary in size.
Cash and payment systems: please make sure to have cash available as well as other payment systems that you accept. Please make sure you have proper amount of cash for you to make change.
All vendors are responsible for adhering to all federal, state, and local laws for their specific products that are being sold, including licensing, state, and local taxes.
There is no Blue Ridge merchandise to be sold without permission.

Setup:

Can start to setup around 7:45 AM, if you need longer than hour to setup, please let us know.
Vendor liability: any items brought to the event are done at the sole risk of the vendor. BRHS and BRHS Band Booster or volunteers are not responsible for any loss, damage, stolen, or broken items or equipment.
Please check in at the vendor sign in table. Once you check in, we will tell you your space and you can unload. Then, you will move your vehicle to the parking lot area.
NO EARLY TEARDOWNS!! If you take down early, you will not be allowed to return for any BRHS Band Booster events. If you run out of product, it is a perfect time to take orders or advertise your business. We will have people walking around.
Table requirements: This is a Holiday Market, please try to be festive and place a table cloth on your table and some holiday decor! Let’s spread the holiday cheer🎄❄️🕎
This event is outdoors, with a contingency plan to be indoors. However, please make sure you have tents, tables, and chairs for your comfort during the event. These will not be provided on site.

BRHS and BRHS Band Booster is not responsible nor liable for lost, stolen, or damaged products or property. We are not liable for sales made or not made. There is no guarantee. You will be the only vendor in your category, though we do try and limit the number of like vendors. BRHS and BRHS Band Booster is not responsible, nor liable for any illness and, or sickness that may arise from any contaminated food bought or sold at the event. This is a nonrefundable event.

How Many Spots? 1 spot $25, 2 spots $40, 3 spots $60. Food Trucks $50 or Exclusive Food Truck in that style food $100

Spaces are approximately 10 x 10 ( Unless you choose more than one spot) and you will have a vendor right next to you. Please click yes that you understand.

This event starts at 9 AM. All vendors need to be in place and have all vehicles moved to the parking lot area no later than 8:45 AM. There will be no tearing down, until the event ends at 2 PM. Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and pick up anything in their area during event and after tear-down. Please mark yes, that you understand and agree.

Once you receive an email stating that your application has been accepted, you then have two days to submit payment to complete the application process. If we do not receive payment within two days and another vendor with your items applies, they may take your spot.

All vendors are required to pay the registration fee and bring a minimum of a $10 local gift card, or product from their table, that will go towards the raffle. All raffle proceeds are going straight to the Corp of Cadets.

There are no cancellation refunds unless the event is canceled by BRHS or BRHS Band Booster. There are no refunds if the event has to be rescheduled.

BRHS or BRHS Band Booster Is not liable for lost, stolen, or damage to products or property. We are not liable for sales made or not made. There is no guarantee. You will be the only vendor in your category, though we try to limit the number of like vendors.

I understand that there may be more than one vendor that makes the same handmade items as me and that BRHS Band Booster Will do it’s best to Not put a like businesses next to each other other.

All vendors must agree to share this event on their social media platforms.
