Gather for an engaging half-day experience with women from across the industry to connect, have fun, and learn from dynamic keynote speaker and world-renowned author Dale Wilsher.
Participants will learn how to better understand themselves, read others more accurately, and recognize what’s really happening in the room—helping them communicate more clearly, build trust faster, and respond with intention rather than reaction.
Grounded in real-world application, this interactive session will equip participants to:
Spot personality patterns and better understand how others think and engage
Read emotional and relational cues with greater accuracy
Recognize the values driving decisions, especially under pressure
Adapt communication across differences without losing authenticity
Elevate how they influence others—calmly, clearly, and courageously
The session will include table discussions, real-time application, and opportunities for participants to share and reflect on their own experiences.
The focus is both practical and personal, giving participants tools they can immediately apply in conversations, meetings, relationships, and leadership situations.
