    家和與多倫多衛生局合作，推動Mobile Dental Van service，Mobile Dental Van 將會蒞臨家和為合資格人士提供免費牙科服務。

    講座將會介紹Mobile Dental Van service及Federal Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)加拿大牙科護理計劃的申請資格及申請程序。

    Community Family Services of Ontario (CFSO) is partnering with Toronto Public Health to bring the Mobile Dental Van service to CFSO. The Mobile Dental Van will visit CFSO to provide free dental services to eligible individuals.

    This information session will introduce the Mobile Dental Van service and provide an overview of the eligibility requirements and application process for the Federal Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).

     Eligibility for the Mobile Dental Van Service/參與Mobile Dental Van 合資格人士 

    Must 必須

    1. Be a resident of the City of Toronto, not have any private dental insurance多倫多市居住及不持有任何私人牙科保險

    and currently be enrolled in one of the following programs:及 正在參與下列任何一項計劃

    1. Ontario Works (OW)
    2. Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB)
    3. Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)安大略省殘障支援計劃
    4. Federal Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)Age 17-64加拿大牙科護理計劃(17-64歲)
    5. Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP)聯邦臨時醫療保險

    Most permanent residents of Canada are eligible to access settlement services, including:
