• Thank you for your interest in joining the 2027 DEKA Italy Trips!

    All hotels, meals, and onsite transportation will be provided by DEKA within the registration dates. Attendees will need to book and pay for their own flights to Florence.

    Lodging and meals are pre-arranged, but if you plan on deviating from the agenda (including arrival and departure date) please let us know so we can alter reservations.

    When arranging your flight (or other travel) you may arrive and depart from Florence Peretola Airport (FLR). Please plan to arrive in Florence on Monday and depart the following Saturday.

  • Please fill out the following information to register. The trip is invitation-based, and a price code has been sent to those included. 

    • To register for the trip, you must include your flight details, including departure and arrival dates in Florence, Italy for the trip.
    • Invited doctors are welcome to bring only one guest
    • DEKA will cover one hotel room for each for the 5-day trip duration. An additional room can be requested at an additional $3,500. 
    • We will have an optional wine tasting on the Friday of each trip. Please indicate if you and your guest will be joining for this so that we can confirm your reservation.

    All other details will be provided within 1-2 weeks in your confirmation email.
