OWL Program Deposit
Your deposit holds your child's spot and counts toward the program fee. Your signed enrollment packet and remaining balance are both due before the first workshop, unless you've arranged a payment plan with us.

At least one caregiver needs to attend orientation. If you decide OWL isn't the right fit, email us within 3 days of orientation and we'll refund your deposit in full. After that, your deposit and program fee are non-refundable. If coeo cancels the program for any reason, you'll be refunded the deposit in full.

By submitting this registration form, you express interest in enrolling the named youth in the Our Whole Lives (OWL) sexuality education program. Submission of this form places the participant into the admissions pipeline but does not guarantee enrollment. Official enrollment is contingent upon receipt of full program payment or payment plan, parent/caregiver attendance at the mandatory Orientation Session, and submission of all required consent and forms.
