There is a $20 exchange fee per Chain. Payment will be charged and processed once Chain(s) are received. Exchanges take 5-7 business days to be processed at that time you will receive an new order confirmation.

Damaged or past the 10 day will fall under our Lifetime Warranty according to your order number.
