Call for Speakers: RefitX 2027
RefitX is a two-day conference bringing together the professionals shaping the future of yacht refit. Taking place October 28–29, 2027, alongside the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the event will feature expert-led seminars, practical insights and meaningful industry connections.
Editorial Control
All session content, topics, and final speaker selections are strictly managed under the editorial direction of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show (FLIBS).
Strict No-Pitch Policy
Presentations must focus on industry-wide insights, education, and innovation. Direct sales pitches or self-promotional presentations from a single individual or organization are strictly prohibited.
Objective Content
Content must remain objective and add genuine value to the audience. Focus on sharing data, case studies, future trends, and actionable takeaways rather than proprietary product features.
Diverse Collaboration
We highly encourage multi-organization panels or co-presentations that offer diverse viewpoints on a topic, rather than solo presentations centered on one company's worldview.
Final Review
FLIBS reserves the right to review and request changes to all presentation slides, outlines, and speaker lineups prior to the event to ensure compliance with these standards.
