Payment: Today's payment covers the Video Audition fee only. Participation in the Winners' Recital requires a separate fee. All payments, including the audition fee and any additional charges, are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation for reasons attributable to the participant. All transaction and remittance fees are the responsibility of the remitter.
Deadlines and Changes: Requests for changes submitted after a stated deadline will be declined or may be subject to an administrative fee. Participants are solely responsible for checking the official website for all updates, results, and deadlines.
Competition Rules: The decisions of the judges are final and not subject to appeal. Individual feedback and exact scores are not disclosed. Applications containing false or materially inaccurate information may be disqualified.
Agreement and Communications: By submitting this application, I agree to the Competition Rules, the Terms and Conditions, and the Privacy Policy published on the official website. For applicants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide this consent. Participants acknowledge that the office may not be able to respond to individual inquiries regarding information already published.
