PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS
Following are a couple of items for you to know moving forward:
- Posters must be at their assigned space by noon on Monday, February 22, 2027, and remain on display until noon on Thursday, February 25, 2027. There will be many opportunities to speak with symposium attendees about your work during those days, with designated poster times to take place during scheduled morning and afternoon networking and exhibitor breaks.
- Presenters should be prepared to accompany their posters during Networking/Exhibits/Poster Viewing breaks, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, to engage with our attendees. There is no scheduled poster viewing on Monday. We will let attendees know that posters can be viewed at any time throughout the Symposium, and presenters will make every effort to be available during the scheduled breaks.
- Maximum poster size is 7 feet wide x 3 feet high. While your poster is not required to be this size, this is the largest size that the boards can accommodate so the poster cannot be larger than these dimensions. Materials will be available on-site to adhere the poster to the board.
