Arts on Fire — Free Trial Class Terms & Conditions
We look forward to welcoming you to Arts on Fire! Please review the following terms before booking your free trial class.
Eligibility
Free trial classes are available exclusively to new students who have never attended an Arts on Fire class. The offer is limited to one free trial class per student, across all programs, and cannot be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash or credit.
Booking and availability
Advance booking is required. Trial classes are subject to availability and the applicable program’s age and skill requirements. Your requested date and time are not guaranteed until confirmed by Arts on Fire. If your preferred class is unavailable, we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you cannot attend your confirmed trial class, please notify Arts on Fire at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time, using the contact details in your booking confirmation. With sufficient notice, you may request a new trial date, subject to availability and confirmation.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the free trial. Any subsequent trial booking will be charged at $35 plus HST per class, payable when booking.
Attendance and make-up classes
No make-up classes, credits, or additional class time are provided for missed free trials, late arrivals, or early departures. Please arrive on time and ready to participate. Rescheduling arranged with the required notice under section 3 is permitted.
Changes or cancellations by Arts on Fire
If Arts on Fire needs to cancel or reschedule your confirmed trial, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and offer an alternative date, subject to availability. Your free trial eligibility will be preserved.
Digital Art equipment requirements
Students attending a Digital Art trial must bring their own fully charged, compatible Apple iPad or Android tablet and a compatible digital stylus. Procreate or ibisPaint must be installed and working on an iPad; Android tablets must have ibisPaint installed and working. Please test the app and stylus before class.
Devices, styluses, and any required app purchases are the student’s or parent/guardian’s responsibility. Arriving without the required working equipment may prevent participation and does not entitle the student to a replacement free trial.
Registration and participation
Required registration information must be completed before the trial. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and agree to these terms. Please let us know in advance about any allergies, accessibility needs, or other information relevant to safe participation so we can discuss appropriate arrangements. Students must follow instructor directions and studio safety rules.
Enrolment after the trial
There is no obligation to enrol after a free trial, and attendance does not automatically enrol the student in a program. A trial booking does not reserve a place in ongoing classes; separate registration is required, subject to availability.
By booking a free trial class, the student or their parent/legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
