    Pre-Entries must be postmarked by September 30th.

    Online entries to be in pre draw will close October 2nd @ NOON

    Entries will be taken onsite with a late fee of $10 per day (see schedule for times)

    Draw out deadline to receive refund minus office fee October 4th @ NOON

    Substitution & Buyout deadline October 8th @ NOON

    **Can substitute horse or rider, but not both. $10 substitution fee will be applied**

    **$15 buyout fee. MUST include buyout form & entry form to be considered complete**

    After draw is posted online no refunds will be issued.

    Awards WILL NOT be mailed. Please plan accordingly!
