Financial Agreement & Account Standing
Participation in the Pre‑Competitive Program requires that all family accounts remain in good standing throughout the season. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that:
- If my account is not fully up to date by October 31, 2026, my dancer will not receive their Pre‑Competitive costume.
- If my account is not fully up to date by January 15, 2027, my dancer will not be entered into the competition. This will result in my dancer being removed from the Pre‑Competitive class and placed into a different class for the remainder of the season.
- If my dancer is moved to a different class due to unpaid fees, I understand that I will be responsible for all fees associated with the new class, including costume fees, performance package fees, and any other applicable program costs.
- I understand that Encore Studios cannot make exceptions to these deadlines, as competition entries, costume orders, and team planning depend on timely payments.

Mandatory Participation Requirements
The Pre‑Competitive Program is a team‑based commitment. Every dancer’s presence impacts choreography, formations, and group readiness. By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that:
- All scheduled performances are mandatory.
- All dress rehearsals, including The Build Up pre‑season dress rehearsal, are mandatory.
- My dancer will attend all required rehearsals and performances unless an emergency or illness prevents participation.
I understand that missing mandatory rehearsals or performances may affect my dancer’s ability to participate fully in the program.

Program Expectations
By participating in the Pre‑Competitive Program, I acknowledge that:
- This program includes additional fees beyond regular tuition.
- My dancer is expected to demonstrate commitment, teamwork, and consistent attendance.
- Encore Studios reserves the right to adjust choreography, casting, or participation if attendance or commitment expectations are not met.
