Join us for our annual Holiday Night Market & Toy Drive at 3 Acres in Jersey City! We’re bringing together a curated mix of local makers, artisans, artists, small businesses, and creatives for an evening of holiday shopping, community, and festive fun. We’re looking for unique, locally made, and thoughtfully curated goods that make great holiday gifts. Please complete the application below. All food vendors and food trucks participating in the event must be fully compliant with all applicable city, county, and state regulations. The following documents will be required and must be submitted prior to the December 4th event date (once confirmed). These include: Mobile Food Vendor Permit / License, Health Department Permit, Food Safety Certification (ServSafe or equivalent), Certificate of Insurance (COI), Business Registration, Fire Safety Documentation (if applicable), and any additional permits required by Jersey City or the State of New Jersey. Failure to provide all required documentation before the deadline may result in removal from the event lineup. ALL FOOD VENDORS (unless registered with JC already) WILL REQUIRE AN IN PERSON APPT TO THE JC HEALTH DEPARTMENT WITH ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK ONCE CONFIRMED.

Vendor Participation Fee: $25 (Inclusion in event marketing/social promotion, Access to 3 Acres residents and JC Community, 6 Foot Indoor Vendor Space or Food Truck Space) We are working to get this event included on the JC Fridays event map! All Vendors must bring their own tables/chairs. E-Payment must be made upon confirmation in the event to hold your space.
