• Realism Live Critique Submission

    Please submit high-resolution images for our critique artist to review during the “Cocktail Hour” segment at the end of each day. We will share your first name and location only; however, if your painting is signed, your signature may be visible to other attendees. If you have a reference image, please include that as well. Selected submissions will not be notified in advance, so be sure to tune in to the "Cocktail Hour" to see if your painting is featured. Please submit ONE FORM PER PAINTING.

  • REALISM LIVE ARTWORK CRITIQUE AND REPLAY CONSENT
    Event: Realism Live
    Event Dates: November 10–13, 2026
    Presented by: Streamline Publishing, Inc.

    By submitting artwork for possible critique during Realism Live, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Voluntary Submission
    I am voluntarily submitting one or more images of my artwork for possible selection and critique during Realism Live. I understand that submitting artwork does not guarantee that it will be selected or critiqued.

    2. Permission to Use Submitted Artwork
    If my artwork is selected for critique, I grant Streamline Publishing, Inc., and its authorized service providers a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

    - Display the submitted image during the live Realism Live event;
    - Record the image and the accompanying critique as part of the event;
    - Reproduce, display, distribute, transmit, and make the image and critique available as part of the Realism Live event recording and replay access; and
    - Make technical or presentational adjustments to the image, such as resizing, cropping, or formatting, as reasonably necessary for its inclusion in the event and replay.

    This permission applies for as long as Streamline Publishing makes the Realism Live recording or replay available.

    3. Ownership
    I retain all copyright and ownership rights in my artwork. This agreement does not transfer ownership of the artwork or its copyright to Streamline Publishing.

    4. Attendee Representations
    I represent and confirm that:

    - I created the submitted artwork or otherwise have the legal authority to grant the permissions described in this agreement;
    - Streamline Publishing’s authorized use of the image will not infringe the copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights of another person; and
    - If the artwork is based on a photograph, reference image, or other third-party material, I have any permission required to submit the artwork and authorize its use under this agreement.

    5. Nature of the Critique
    I understand that the critique may include candid opinions, observations, recommendations, demonstrations, or suggested changes offered for educational purposes. I understand that critiques are subjective and that I may agree or disagree with the feedback provided.

    6. Compensation and Approval
    I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for the authorized use of my artwork. I waive the right to inspect or approve the completed event recording, critique segment, or replay, provided that the artwork is used in accordance with this agreement.

    7. Release
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release Streamline Publishing, Inc., its affiliates, employees, presenters, contractors, and authorized service providers from claims arising from the uses expressly authorized by this agreement.

    8. Acknowledgment and Electronic Signature
    By submitting my artwork electronically below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Realism Live Artwork Critique and Replay Consent.
