  • Security Deposit Review Disclaimer
Submitting a review does not guarantee that any charge will be reduced or removed, that the security deposit accounting will be revised, or that any additional refund will be issued. Management will review each dispute in good faith based on the merits, accuracy, and relevance of the information and supporting documentation submitted, together with the rental agreement, inspection reports, photographs, invoices, and other available records. A written response will be provided explaining the outcome of the review and the basis for the determination. Adjustments will be made when the review establishes that a correction is warranted under the rental agreement or applicable Arizona law. Charges determined to be supported and lawful will remain unchanged. Submission or review of a dispute does not, by itself, constitute an admission of error or liability by either party. Nothing in this disclaimer waives or limits either party’s rights or remedies under Arizona law, makes management’s determination binding on a court, or alters any applicable statutory deadline.
