Award Criteria:
- Nominees must be an active member for a minimum of two (2) years the Southwest Montana REALTORS®.
- Nominees must be in good standing.
- Nominees should have made a significant impact as a volunteer for a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
  - Eligible activities are not limited to real estate or housing issues and may include volunteer work done overseas.
  - Nominees will be judged primarily on the level and impact of personal contribution. Nominees should have made a significant contribution of personal time, but contributions of money, materials or other resources will be considered.
- Individuals who receive compensation for their volunteer work are not eligible to apply.
- If the achievements of two (2) people (such as a married couple or co-founders) of an organization absolutely cannot be separated, they can enter as a pair and their entry will be considered as one (1).
- Portion of the nominee's community work must have taken place between January 2025 and September 2026, but ongoing efforts outside that timeframe that demonstrate a depth of commitment may be considered.
- Nominees should be able to document the results of their individual involvement though published reports and/or testimonials from the organization they served or the people they helped.
- Nominations must be accompanied by a completed entry form to be considered (REALTORS® may nominate themselves or may be nominated by another Southwest Montana REALTORS® member or the community organization they served).
