This form is for my guest spot in Portland Oregon at Hot Damn Tattoo. I will have limited appointments available from Oct 23-25.

All flash designs are repeatable unless otherwise noted.

All submisions require a flash design # (not a description of the design) and an estimated size, which must be the same size or larger than the minimum size listed.

This info can only be found on the Available Flash highlight on instagram, or the Available Flash page on my website.

The flash drop post containing all pieces in a flash drop is NOT an indicator of which pieces are available, and doesn't have the design # or minimum size for any design.

CUSTOM Guidelines:

My work is detailed enough that I am unlikely to accept proposals for pieces below ~4x4" (or at least one of the dimensions shoudl be ~5+ inches)
Please keep my style in mind - not all techniques are in my repertoire. If you're not sure, upload a photo of the technique you would like and I'll let you know if I can do it!
While I can and do often work small & with some level of detail, I am not an ultra-fine line/ microrealism artist.

Please focus on the relevant details & specific visual elements you'd like me to focus on! While I appreciate being given artistic liberty, its helpful for you to have a good idea of what you're looking for as far as subject matter. I appreciate freedom to interpret your chosen subject, not the pressure of trying to guess what is going to be best for your body & preferences with little guidance or input. (Think pose, specific details that are important to you, etc...)

Is there anything you don't want in your tattoo?

For example, if you are looking for colors, are there any colors that you don't want in the palette? If you're looking for a butterfly in the design, do you want to avoid any particular species? Are there shading techniques that you don't like the look of?

Providing a range is ok! Having a rough size to go on helps me know how to structure a design and how detailed to draw

A non-refundable deposit is required to make an appointment, which will go towards the cost of your tattoo.

By making an appointment & paying a deposit, you agree to pay the quoted price (minus the pre-paid deposit) in cash on the day of your tattoo. Venmo or credit/debit card fees will be added to the final cost of your tattoo if you do not bring cash.

If you would like to bring a guest, they they must be able to entertain themselves for the duration of the appointment, and must not be disruptive to our session. They must wait in the guest waiting area and will not be permitted into the tattoo area. Please provide notice above or by email before your appointment if you are hoping to bring a guest to your session so I know what to expect!

Note: you do not need to check this box if the name provided at the top is a clear nickname like "Zack" for Zachary, etc. (your legal name, if different, will not be used in our communication and is only required for documentation required by the Department of Health)
